We'll after our time with the 'chicken pocks' we eventually got ourselves together and we set off west to Cornwall.....
We arrived at a lovely campsite called 'Tollgate Farm' and pitched the tent and gazebo.......
We cheated slightly as we paid for a pitch with electric hook up......so out came the electric air bed pump, the electric heater and the lamp.......
we spent the days enjoying the dry but not quite so sunny weather and exploring our new patch....
we tripped over to Falmouth and enjoyed a Park and Float rise which is a cornish Park and Ride......
and on our way from Falmouth to our campsite we noticed that the boys had falled asleep in the back of the car and so we made a unexpected stop at Mylor......a lovely Cornish vilage, which my mum had a milk round in when she was young.....
as we drove through the village we saw these little fellas, just sat beside the road, obviously enjoying the same view as us....
so in a greedy moment and wantng to make the most of the few seconds peace and quiet we pulled up outside of a small public house and enjoyed a quick.....
the rest of the day was enjoyed visiting my auntie and uncle in the home just outside of Perranwell Station....
as the week progressed the weather improved and so we spent our days playing golf, eating ice cream and visitng a few of the lovely beaches that Cornwall have to offer....
We stayed just outside of Perranporth which is quite a windy part of Cornwall and so we had to invest in the fun of kite flying, OHHHH and how it flew.....
Hope you are able to enjoy a few special moments with your loved ones this summer...
We now have the bug and have got many plans to make use of our new portable home throughout the summer holidays...
Take Care

Love Cornwall and it looks like you had a lovely holiday there. I don't think it's cheating at all bringing bed pumps and blow up matresses (and duvets, pillows, blankies etc etc) when you camp - the more luxuries the better is what I say (if I could squeeze in our portable loo in the car with all our camping gubbins I would be a very happy bunny indeed!).
