I don't have any hints and tips but wanted to wish you good luck with it. I know a few people who have one and adore it. Will keep an eye on this as I might get one and hints and tips would be fab.
Enjoy!
Cheat sometimes the ready mixes in the supermarket are great in my machine and there is such variety.
Do make daily, our loaf doesn't last past breakfast.
Dont make early evening as you will eat it all for supper!
Do enjoy, i love mine bought secondhand and still going strong.
We made a great foccacia using a pre-mixed pack from the supermarket. We always try to buy Hovis dried yeast as that seems to give the best results.
If you don't like the baked results, use it to do the mixing, kneading and rising and take it out just before the final rise, do the punch down, put in in loaf pans, rise, and bake as you would regular bread. It works perfectly where the bread machine can be unpredictable.
