Welcome Easter

Well it may feel more like November that March outside but that is not the case on my kitchen table.

You may remember last year we recycled our potted christmas tree into our easter tree but unfortunatly he did not survive our house move last summer and so today I tripped off to find a replacement.

What do you think ???

Today has been the first day that I have had a few hours child free since January and so 'PUHH' to the house work, I tripped into town with one thing in mind ................EASTER..................

As well as some lovely thrifty finds, for our upcoming camping trip to Cornwall, I also found two lovely hyasynth (not sure how to spell that one) bulbs for Harrison class teachers as easter gifts....

and also some bits and bobs to get creative with for Harrison to take to his friends....

all they need now is a chocolate egg for a centre and there finished.....

Wishing you all a very HAPPY EASTER whatever you choose to do and wait to see you again next week with our application for weight watchers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   xxxx

the lady uses marshmallows as a form of icing ontop of fairy cakes.....

does any know what to do??? is it just a case of popping a large marshmallow ontop of a cooked cake and popping it ino the oven for a few mins.......looks far easier than butter icing !!!!!!

im sure this little man would love some marshmallow topped fairy cakes....and mummy too....
